How Continuity Consulting Started
Continuity Consulting began when two industry veterans, Matt Chamberlain and Rich Daly, realized they were seeing the same pattern across the behavioral health and human services field: leaders were spending more time fighting with their technology than serving their mission.

Matt Chamberlain is Managing Partner of Continuity Consulting, LLC, where he helps behavioral health and human services organizations get the most out of their technology and operations. With over 20 years of experience in Healthcare IT, Matthew began his career as a software developer on State Medicaid Management Systems and went on to lead teams across sales, operations, and solutions design. He specializes in streamlining processes, strengthening compliance, and aligning systems with the needs of providers so they can focus more on delivering care.

Rich Daly is Managing Partner of Continuity Consulting, LLC, where he partners with behavioral health and human services providers to strengthen operations and maximize the value of their technology. A Penn State graduate, Rich brings over a decade of experience in sales, marketing, and product leadership for SaaS companies serving the healthcare space. He has worked extensively with EHR platforms and provider organizations, helping them streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and stay focused on delivering high-quality care.
Together, they launched Continuity Consulting with one goal: helping providers stay mission-focused by making sure technology supports care, not complicates it.
